Reagovala jsem na inzerát VW sharan, modrý 7 míst na bazoš.cz Telefony byl nefunkční, tak jsem psala email. Pár dní na to mi volalo nějaké číslo s mexickou předvolbou. Asi po týdnu se mi ozval jistý Josef Oberbauer (Dr. med. dent. orthodontist), v podpisu měl řeckou adresu, i fotku a webovku. Ozval se, že děkuje bla bla, že pracuje v zahraničí a auto má tam. Říkala jsem si, že to bude zase klasický podvod, postupně začal nabízet dovoz přes DPD, ale nechtěl po mě žádné náklady. Existence webu mě malinko přesvědčila, že komunikaci schválně zkusím. Nakonec jsem si zavolala na DPD jestli opravdu takovou službu mají - a samozřejmě, že nemají a rovnou mi řekli že se jedná o podvod. Jeho maily viz níže (první mail naspodu):

Auto je se mnou tady v Aténách, protože moje smlouva v České republice už skončila.
Mám náročnou práci, a proto nemám moc času, ale našel jsem způsob jak uzavřít náš obchod, takže žádný problém! Jedná se o doručovací společnost, která nám nabízí možnost zařídit celý proces tak, že si budete moci vůz osobně prohlédnout a otestovat, a pokud se jej rozhodnete koupit, pak tato doručovací společnost provede změnu jména vlastníka vozu a postará se o veškerou dokumentaci, protože jsem ji k tomu zplnomocnil. Je to jednoduchý proces a vy budete mít na otestování auta 5 dní, což je dostatečná doba, abyste si ověřil, že auto odpovídá fotkám a popisu.

Píšu o Volkswagen Sharan 2.0tdi 135kw,Highline, VIN kód WVWZZZ7NZHV215871. Přikládám další fotky auta, funguje perfektně a vypadá přesně jako vidíte na fotkách, bez jakýchkoliv mechanických problémů. Nikdy jsem neměl nehodu ani neboural.
Auto je stále na prodej a cena je 319900 Kč, registrace byla učiněna v roce 11/2016 a auto má najeto 184,000 kilometrů. Auto má české poznávací značky a doklady. Pracoval jsem v České republice, kde jsem ho koupil, takže auto je přihlášené v České republice.

Postup identický akurát v angličtine a s iným autom cez bazár.sk. Takže dik že ste to tu dali. Tiež komunikovali cez email: [email protected] v podpise je ešte email: [email protected] + link http://www.josefoberbauer-dentalservices.com/ a spoločnosť: http://www.dpd-speditions.com/ Ja som zašiel o jeden email ďalej, poslal som im kontakt a adresu tak som zvedavý čo ešte bude nasledovať l. Dúfam že adresu a kontakt nebude zneužitý ďalej na inzerciu v mojom mene.. posledný obdrzany email: "Good day, Thank you very much for the quick email. Sorry for the late reply, I have received the details from you and will therefore instruct the courier company. Please check your email as the DPD courier will contact you with all the delivery details so that all conditions are clear. You will receive an email with a delivery number when everything is ready."

Ak budete mať nejakú odpoveď napíšte. Toto isté sa v posledných dňoch aj mne udialo. Ale ešte som neodoslal adresu. Rovnaké= správy mám aj ja od pán doktora (zubára). Preveroval som si aj špz na stk a databáza takú špz nepozná.

Pracoval jsem v České republice, kde jsem ho koupil, takže auto je přihlášené v České republice. Následný krok: Auto je se mnou tady v Aténách, protože moje smlouva v České republice už skončila. Mám náročnou práci, a proto nemám moc času, ale našel jsem způsob jak uzavřít náš obchod, takže žádný problém! Jedná se o doručovací společnost, která nám nabízí možnost zařídit celý proces tak, že si budete moci vůz osobně prohlédnout a otestovat, a pokud se jej rozhodnete koupit, pak tato doručovací společnost provede změnu jména vlastníka vozu a postará se o veškerou dokumentaci, protože jsem ji k tomu zplnomocnil. Je to jednoduchý proces a vy budete mít na otestování auta 5 dní, což je dostatečná doba, abyste si ověřil, že auto odpovídá fotkám a popisu. Dobrý den, nabizí i Mercedes Benz stejným způsobem. Odepsala jsem na inzerát a po měsíci se ozval, zaslal podobný dopis jako všem ostatním s řeckou adresou.

ahojte, pan josef Oberbauer je podvodnik. nedavno som reagoval na inzerat uverejneny na autobazar.eu....Chcel som kupit automobil znacky BMW x3...Rovnaky postup ze je busy a v grecku a chce vyuzit vlastne sluzby tretich stran ktore ho budu zastupovat - cize klasicky escrow services...sluzba vo svete bezne funguje hlavne co sa tyka predaja drachsich automobilov ..ale toto nie je legit..a rovno vam to aj vysvetlim preco...pan sa vydaval v mojom inzerate za zubara, ktory je z grecka...ked som analyzoval zdrojovy kod jeho webu zistil som ze web je registrovany na serveri v californii. vacsia ludi si dava web urobit a vyuziju na to predovsetkym sluzby domacich spolocnosti ktore maju svoje vlastne datove centra v danej krajine cize grecku alebo v ramci europy..pravdepodobnost ze budu mat datove centrum v amerike a web je v europe je velmi nizka...co ale priam uplne zavadza podvodom je ze server dpd-speditions. com bol registrovany v rovnakom datovom centre ako web pana podvodnika...dpd je inak nadnarodna spolocnost ktora bola tiez registrovana v rovnakom datovom centre.. aby som to ale upresnil kazdy web m v resp. kazda ip adresa ma svoj takzvany ip range...a v ramci tohto range si mozete vytvorit v podstate neobmedzene mnozstvo ip adries.(cize podstranok) tieto stranky sa mozu volat rozlicne ale za ich nazvom su ciselne kody..napr. mate cislo 188.114.97.2 (weba dpd-speditons) a 188.114.96.2 (web pana lekara) ale ip range je 188.114.96.0-188.114.98.255, to znamena ze oba weby su ulozene na rovnakom serveri na rovnakom zariadeni... innymi slovami dpe a pan oberbauer su jedna a ta ista osoba,
